These projects are specifically designed for individual or group of volunteers who want to have a holiday and at the same time do something useful to the hosting local community.
These projects last for a period of 1-4 weeks.
Costs vary within this range 400-500 US Dollars. The program participation fee varies with specific project and with the partner organization through which the volunteer is applying. the participation fee will be utilized for the following expense line: Administrative Costs, Accommodation in Nairobi (during Orientation and Evaluation), Meals while in the project, some support for community initiatives, and transport to the project.
NB: The participation fee excludes Airport transfers and Fares to and from the project.
